My interest in Art developed from an early age, however in my youth Art was frowned upon by the educational system as a profession, so I left school and studied sport instead!!
A number of years later I found myself living with my young family on the island of La Reunion in the Indian Ocean, and was so inspired by the beautiful scenery, that I once again picked up the brushes, started painting again, and studied Art at the School in La Reunion.
5 years later we moved to Munich in Germany where I continued to paint, and with a number of local artists studied under Elsa Streifer-Schrock, a tutor of Prof.Jurgen Reipka
A short spell in London followed where my artwork was displayed in Albion Riverside, a Norman Foster designed building in Battersea, then on to New York were I attended the New York School of Visual Arts and Sculpture and also exhibited my work.
Now back living in Munich, Germany , my passion to paint continues, my most recent work contemporary, abstract and vibrant in style.
I have had the pleasure of visiting Alonissos for many years, and have a summer home on the island from where my inspiration for art continues to flourish!
